Frontage Improvement Plans

Quite a few projects require an upgrade and/or installation of new public right of way facilities. These amenities include: pavement widening, road extensions, new enclosed storm drains, side-drainage ditches, sidewalks, and a variety of other items. The approving agency will require a bond for these types of plans in order to ensure the public facilities are installed correctly.
